Learning to blend ink and a lot of water is tricky - we tried a couple of times to get these sunsets. But in the end with the sweet silhouetes - they look brilliant.

Watercolors are a tricky medium because the colors blend at the borders and there is little you can do to fix mistakes. But a small color box and lots of imagination can go a long way into learning how to paint.
